Recently returned from their triumphant headline performance at Kirkstall Festival, Music From The Attic (MFTA) is a new, exciting and empowering music club performing hits from the fab ‘50s through to the naughty noughties.

Open to people of all ages and abilities, MFTA aims to inspired everyone to pick up their dusty instruments, shake out their singing muscles and rediscover their musical talents. Music From The Attic is fun and friendly. A place to meet interesting people, build confidence and rekindle the joy of playing and singing music.

Led by Hope and Social’s Rich Huxley, there are currently two buzzing MFTA groups. Kirkstall meet Mondays 7>9pm at Kirkstall Educational Cricket Club. Methley meet Wednesdays’ 7>9pm at Methley Methodist Church. Singers and players all welcome; blowers, strummers, tinklers, drummers and singers alike. Bring a smile.

Expect a rambunctious rabble, a choir of angels, and a bucket load of feel-good fun.
